Ordered 4 tires , Michelin to be exact ... if you didn't' know this big multi national bought Blackcircles so time ago. Anyhow , had a call(24 hours before the fittement date!), which was in a very very strong accent and hard to understand. Basically unable to promise what they/their website had offered.... Would do there best and , I felt kind of happy , suggested they do there best as it was a Michelin tyre x4.... Basically I was told it would be sorted out with just a 6 hours delay, aka afternoon, instead of morning. Fine.... 1724 SMS for head office, nope... no tires , rebooked for tuesday AM, this is a joke and the company , REALLY does cacao!!!!!!good luck with this jokers! Matt
