Ordered tyres online for mobile fitting. Day before fitting is due they email to say the tyres haven't shipped and they can't fit tomorrow. They suggest a week later for fitting - pretty useless when riding on a temp spare. Ordered two Michelin tyres and they are owned by Michelin - terrible customer service via email and phone, they screw up and not sorry at all for their mistakes.
