I used Blackcircles for replacing 2 tyres using their local agent, Mercia Motors. The alloys on the car had been fully and professionally refurbished a few months back and had previous damage at this garage we took photos of all 4 alloys on the morning the car went in to the garage. We even told them that all 4 alloys were unmarked. Sure enough they damaged the wheels and we did not sign the job sheet to say we were satisfied. The garage offered to touch up the damage but would not match the colour. We then complained to Blackcircles about the damage caused by their agent and provided the photos before and after + the unsigned job sheet. Several weeks later they have come back and said that do not accept responsibility. Quite clearly neither Blackcircles or their agent give a toss. Choose someone you can trust which is clearly neither of these companies ?
