Black Circle confirmed a fitting date online only to call later to change the date. This was fine and I changed it with a 2 week delay. Then I took the car in for the fitting and the tyres hadn't been delivered - Black Circle had failed to deliver them, no call or email warning.
The garage says they do this all the time but they are the cheapest and they just can't match the price. Now I can't get hold of them on the phone, just spending hours holding - I'll buy straight from the garage next time.
