Tyres booked and paid for 10 days before they were due to be fitted.
Recieved a call 1 hour after they were supposed to turn up to advise that the tyres are not in stock.
The customer service team were a joke and actually asked me to speak clearer as his "English is not very good!!"
Finally got a refund a week later.
The prices may be less expensive than other places but it's worth paying extra to avoid this joke of a company.
