Yeah, what can I say. My experience was the same as almost everyone else - I bought the tyres, booked a day for them to be fitted, only to have them email me (not even ring!) the day before to say it wasn't going to happen.
I'm currently waiting in a phone queue to get a refund. It's been ten minutes so far... After this I'll have to go and ask the boss if I can unbook the holiday I had booked for tomorrow.
Needless to say I won't be using them again.
