Tyres ordered did not arrive to fitters on time. No communication about this so waited all day for mobile fitter to arrive but no avail. Once it became clear fitter was not going to arrive I only had to wait 3 hours on the phone to be told the tyre was not in stock. Was a regular and happy customer of Blackcircles in the past, but the company definitely changed for the worst since being taken over. Do not recommend.
