Ordered one tyre for mobile fitting Pm slot, waited all day no show and no contact made. Called next morning to ask what was happening to be rudely shouted at down the phone by engineer after asking the question and saying he'd cancel the job. Engineer then hung up and cancelled job, only found this out because I called back contact centre. Contact centre staff were helpful however poor customer service by engineers, would not recommend.
