Ordered a pair of tyres for fitment 5 days later, got an email the night before to say they hadn't arrived. This happened 4 times over 2 weeks so I cancelled, I had to tell their call center staff multiple times that I wanted to cancel before they stopped trying to fob me off and actually did it... This service has gone down hill massively in recent years. Never using them again.
