Terribly unreliable. They cancelled my order last month and made another appointment without consulting me. We gave them a second chance yesterday, my wife tried them and was offered an appointment, they took payment from her card but then cancelled after customer service was closed. She has now applied for a refund. Who knows how long that will take, if successful. Do not book with black circles they are shocking. They take money for appointments which aren’t booked.
