I ordered 3 items from blacks in their website since 8th of October. Today is now the 4th of November, I haven't received my order. I emailed them many times they said there is an IT issues and my order was stuck and another email said, it was preparing at the warehouse. I phoned them, they said they'll raise the issue.
I asked them, just refund the money back to me, but they said, they can't do it until the issue is sorted. Until when this issue will be resolved? They can't give me a definite date. Have you heard anything like this? Unbelievable!!! Refunding is also not possible yet and delivery is not definite yet?
So rubbish!!!
