Similar experience to all of the preceeding reviews. Ordered 2 items on 3rd November and still not delivered. Seems to be an I.T. issue at their end if initial response from them is to be believed. Recent chasing of Customer Services Dept does not elicit any response.
My advice is to avoid this company until they can sort out their internal problems.
