Appalling customer service,
I ordered a coat from blacks mollycoddle to receive the wrong item, after numerous calls to their customer service , I was told to return the item at my expense, not my fault the item was incorrect,
I have since tried to get a refund for the postage but to no avail, so I will not be using this company again, for mail order, unless I buy in store
