It took maybe 4/5 customer service agents via 12 back and forth emails and 1 telephone conversation for me to simply tell them i havent received my item (and they even confirmed it) and would like another to be sent out (i repeated this request at least 4 times), and after everything they issued a refund which means that I won't be able to get the item for the same price. The customer support team whilst not rude, but were unfortuantely clueless and totally untrained to help effectively hence the unbelievable amount of emails to sort out something relatively straightforward that was already addressed in the early stages.
