absolutely abissmal aftercare service. I returned a faulty coat in JANUARY have sent approx 19 emails with not proper communication response. I am STILL awaiting refund from January, each assistant just fobbs you off each time. promised a call weeks ago to process the refund, still waiting for this. TOTALLY BAD SERVICE, WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE SHOPPING AT BLACKS EVER AGAIN..... I am now without waterproof coat or refund for my return.. DISGUSTING COMPANY
