what a absolute disaster of a company! I ordered a jacket for a trip I was going on, ordered it before the 1 o'clock deadline for 48hr delivery plus paid extra for the delivery, to then receive a email when it was due to be delivered saying they have cancelled the order and that I would have to wait 5-7 days for the refund!! they can take the payment in 30 seconds but can take up to 7 days to return it, its a discrace that companies can get away with this!
I will definitely not be shopping here again and will use Go-outdoors in the future.
