Great Gear, Useless Carrier, Rubbish After Sales
I ordered a pair of boots for my wife from Blacks UK on Sunday evening
It was collected by Evri Tuesday.
Thursday, Evri`s tracker said It`s on its way.
It didn`t arrive.
Friday, Evri`s tracker said It`s on its way.
It didn`t arrive.
Contacted Blacks who told me it was out for delivery but it didn`t arrive.
Later I get an email from Evri saying my package had been delayed .
Blacks UK TOLD ME to contact Evri but their useless chat assistant rejected the correct delivery postcode so I couldn`t complain any further.
Awful, Useless, Terrible etc, etc, This was a gift for my Wife who is ill and Evri has cocked it all up.
Will never buy from Blacks UK or a seller that uses Evri ever again. Just a another customer to Blacks and Evri, and I doubt they even care.
It is now 11pm Friday and I do not have a clue where the boots are but Blacks didn`t hesitate to remove £139 from my account on Wednesday the 22nd.
No boots and £139 gone.
The weekend starts tomorrow so I doubt I will hear anything more (if anyone cares) until next week. Grrr
Thank you Blacks for an absolutely stressed out, sad for my wife, and frustrating for me, week.
