I bought and paid for a pair of walking shoes for my wife on the 5th July.
On the 11th July I received an automated email asking me to review my experience - but my shoes haven't arrived.
I checked tracking which told me that the shoes were still in the Blacks warehouse waiting to be dispatched to Royal Mail.
Now it is 9 days later, the 14th July and nothing has happened, apart from an automated response from Blacks asking for the info that I provided in my email to the.
I am writing this whilst sitting on hold to customer support. I have been on hold for 37 minutes with no response.
Sadly, this means I have to go to their abysmal refund system.
