Have sometimes shopped in store with Blacks and receive emails from them. I'm now changing my email address. Banks and other financial institutions, and other retailers have an option on their web site to enable this.
Not Blacks, or Go Outdoors who are part of the same group. Their response is "we are unable to change your email address for customer security reasons".
Totally crazy.
Definitely a Black listed attitude.
Interesting that in the response timescale on these reviews the options jump from "6-12 hours" to "over a week". So anywhere between 1 and 7 days can't be submitted!
