Blacks are currently advertising an extra 20% off Osprey Poco AG backpacks on Google. When you go to place an order the additional discount does not work. On speaking with Blacks Customer Service I was told "[they] don't know whey Google is doing that" and that they could not honour the promotion. We all know that Google doesn't make up adverts.
