Ordered a coat for my son in Black Friday sales. Ten days later contacted Blacks to enquire when this was due to be dispatched! Advised it was still sitting at the warehouse awaiting dispatch. Next day received an email to say the coat had been dispatched.
No coat received to date and I have requested a refund as I am advised it has been lost in transit.
