Totally disappointed with Blacks. I made an order on the 23rd April which was cancelled due to the payment decline. I re-ordered and paid with a different card, the order went through on the same day. On the 5th May I received my order, but when I opened the box, only half of the items was there and half was missing. I have contacted (via email as no one answers the phone) Blacks at least 5 times to look into it and instead they closed my case. Over 2 weeks later, I have not received refund, no answer and no items.
If Blacks team you read this I would be grateful if you could respond to my emails and make a refund.
