Terrible customer service when something goes wrong. Sent me wrong item , ( brand, gender , colour and size ). Sent it back 7 weeks ago , still no refund. I have sent maybe 9 emails. They confirmed its arrived and would take 14 days to get my money. Yeah right ! No number to call , how convenient ! Think I will have to go to my credit card provider to do a charge back.
