I returned a bra bought online 3 months ago during lockdown as it didnt fit. Sarah at Bravissimo Chelmsford talked me through getting a fitting and Jessica not only found the perfect bra for me but helped to sort out a problem with the straps on the one I was wearing - a solution which will work for several other bras! Excellent service.
