“I had been waiting for my weight loss to stabilize before trying out Bravissimo products and was excited when that moment came. I spent close to an hour trying to get my account properly created and trying to initiate a virtual fitting. Without success . I had intended to spend that amount of time shopping, not struggling with a horribly designe website. I did all of the above while talking to a lovely woman who tried very hard to help me, but the fact that she was unable to help show just how bad the webstie is. I eventually had to hang up as I was extremely upset, and that experience made it difficult for me to manage the rest of my day.”

“Recently visited the Bath store. Had a fitting with Savanna who was absolutely brillant. She made me feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble.She was knowledgeable and had a very approachable manner. Thankyou Savanna”

“I recently visited the store in Newcastle from Carlisle and certainly was not disappointed, Leony my fitter was absolutely amazing an asset to the store, extremely patient, helpful and determined to help me, my bras are amazing comfortable and supportive thank you Leony 🥰”

“Totally blown away by the service of Beya in the Covent garden store! Not only was she charming, with nothing being to much trouble for her she had fantastic product knowledge! I am a fashion stylist with a lot of knowledge with over 25 years experience and she blew my mind! Beya introduced me to the halter neck Jenna bra and at a 30 HH I'm not easy to fit or impress but wow! What a bra! Give this girl a promotion! Make sure you keep her! She's fantastic. I will never shop anywhere else. Beya would be a credit to any company! worth 10 stars x Aneliese Deane”

“In Bravissimo Oxford today I took the name of the salesperson who helped me today. Urshla listened to my requirements , made recommendations and researched the availability of any bras likely to suit me. Unfortunately I was not able to make a purchase so by way of compensation for her time and attention I am giving her 5 stars”

“Awful experience very impersonal . Was in a small cubicle assistant was trying to see to me as well as some one else . Just brought 5 bras in no help to try on caused anxiety Didn’t buy anything and won’t visit again it was an awful rushed experience”

“Purchasing from outside UK. When purchasing from outside UK, VAT should be deducted at point of sale as it will be charged at time of delivery at the destination. I enquired about this with Bravissimo to be told that VAT is not charged but the price is not reduced, so it results in you overpaying for a product.”

“Visit to the Oxford Branch today a lovely experience. I was served by Sophie who was very kind, friendly & helpful & also gave excellent advice. Staff always friendly in this branch definitely recommend a visit, I came away with two lovely purchases !”

“So popped up into the store in Birmingham for a bra fitting. A warm welcome given by the young lady at front of the till desk. I explained what I was looking for. She arranged for Holly the bra fitting assistant to help me in getting a well-fitted bra. Holly was very knowledgeable..helpful and very polite and delivered a great customer service. Definitely a go to shop for bra ...”

“Went back into Solihull shop for the first time since lockdown. I was with my sister and we both wanted support. We were teamed up with the manager who was an absolute star. She was a pure delight in helping us. She was funny while being professional, knowledgeable and so helpful.”

“I returned a bra bought online 3 months ago during lockdown as it didnt fit. Sarah at Bravissimo Chelmsford talked me through getting a fitting and Jessica not only found the perfect bra for me but helped to sort out a problem with the straps on the one I was wearing - a solution which will work for several other bras! Excellent service.”

“The service and delivery was fine, however the product was disgusting. Bra was baggy, loose threads where the straps join the cups itself and starting to seperate and stoans under the armpit area and around the cup of the bra. No Label attached to the bra so it's definitely been worn and returned and for some reason deemed acceptable to post out as new!! After having the same previous bra where the underwiring also came out after the first wear, I definitely shan't make the mistake of ordering from here again. To make matters worse, customer services don't care. If anyone needs two faulty nude bras then I will happily sell them half price, after all, it's cheaper than Bravissimo want to sell it for and exactly the same quality!!”

“Na 3 maanden eindelijk de schoenen ontvangen slecht afgewerkt en bestel maat 40 en ontvang maat 36 mail wordt niet op gereageerd en ook niet op invullen contact formulier het zijn OPLICHTERS inmiddels zijn de 30 dagen retourtijd verstreken en zit ik met schoenen waar ik niets aan heb”
