“Waardeloos bedrijf! Schoenen niet goed, krijg geen reactie op email (om te retourneren of geld terug) en nu blijkt het email adres niet meer te bestaan..... Nooit iets bestellen bij dit bedrijf!!!”

“The service and delivery was fine, however the product was disgusting. Bra was baggy, loose threads where the straps join the cups itself and starting to seperate and stoans under the armpit area and around the cup of the bra. No Label attached to the bra so it's definitely been worn and returned and for some reason deemed acceptable to post out as new!! After having the same previous bra where the underwiring also came out after the first wear, I definitely shan't make the mistake of ordering from here again. To make matters worse, customer services don't care. If anyone needs two faulty nude bras then I will happily sell them half price, after all, it's cheaper than Bravissimo want to sell it for and exactly the same quality!!”

“Na 3 maanden eindelijk de schoenen ontvangen slecht afgewerkt en bestel maat 40 en ontvang maat 36 mail wordt niet op gereageerd en ook niet op invullen contact formulier het zijn OPLICHTERS inmiddels zijn de 30 dagen retourtijd verstreken en zit ik met schoenen waar ik niets aan heb”

“Wil mijn bestelling retourneren omdat schoenen niet goed zijn. Slechte kwaliteit. Ook maat klopt niet! Volgens de site kan je binnen 30 dagen retourneren. Heb al 5 mails gestuurd! Worden niet beantwoord.ASSOCIAAL.Mensen: nooit bestellen bij Bravissimoo. Je wordt bedrogen!”

“Stel oplichters zijn jullie 28 april mijn bestelling gedaan en nog heb ik niks binnen. Mijn track en tracé is niet eens geldig en elke keer krijg . En elke keer krijg ik.dezelfde. standaard email op mijn vraag waar mijn bestelling blijft en ook op.de e-mail.dat ik mijn geld terug wil. Echt schandalig ga nooit maar dan ook nooit meer iets bij jullie bestellen 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😝😝”

“Mijn bestelling was 15 mei geplaatst was ook ongerust mail contact gehad netjes antwoord gekregen...mijn track en tracé bleef ook staan dat het pakketje klaar zou zijn voor vertrek vliegtuig. Toch heb ik zaterdag mijn pakket ontvangen. Helemaal tevreden.”

“Op 11 juni wat besteld, aantal keren gemaild. Dat de track and trace op het zelfde blijft staan. Komt eraan. Nou nog niks ontvangen. Zou ook niemand aanraden om hier wat te bestellen. Echt een K bedrijf”

“I’ve stopped shopping at Bravissimo because their underwear is overpriced and their clothing is poor quality. I’ve found the underwear they sell for much less on other websites and their clothing is made from very cheap material. I bought a top there which bobbled under my arms and along the side of my bust after wearing it a handful of times. I received a refund and was told it was a manufacturing issue with a batch of sub-standard material. But it wasn’t the first time I’d experienced this. As wonderful as it is to have clothing designed for bigger busts, the price should reflect the quality of the item and sadly bravissimo always comes up short.”

“I finally found swimwear and bras that actually fit me. I live near the Newcastle store and found the staff so helpful. I started with a swimsuit which I love and now have 3. I went last week and the assistant who was a young black girl sorted me out with the best and most comfortable bra I have ever had. Thank you Bravissimo I'll certainly be back.”

“I was so lucky today to be taken care of by Atika.Super service by an amazing young lady.Ive been going to bravissio for years but today i was helped to buy the best bra for me ever.Atika was so knowledgeable and explained why bras havent been fitting me and feeling so uncomfortable.Atika is an absolute star and such a super asset to bravissimo. .”

“Went into Cheltenham shop. Was served and fitted by Elsie. Like a lot of women I was wearing the wrong size. Elsie found me a beautiful set which fitted perfectly. She was very polite, helpful and had excellent knowledge of the products. I'll be sure to call again when I'm next visiting Cheltenham. Thanks”
