The service and delivery was fine, however the product was disgusting. Bra was baggy, loose threads where the straps join the cups itself and starting to seperate and stoans under the armpit area and around the cup of the bra. No Label attached to the bra so it's definitely been worn and returned and for some reason deemed acceptable to post out as new!! After having the same previous bra where the underwiring also came out after the first wear, I definitely shan't make the mistake of ordering from here again. To make matters worse, customer services don't care. If anyone needs two faulty nude bras then I will happily sell them half price, after all, it's cheaper than Bravissimo want to sell it for and exactly the same quality!!
