Went into Cheltenham shop. Was served and fitted by Elsie. Like a lot of women I was wearing the wrong size. Elsie found me a beautiful set which fitted perfectly. She was very polite, helpful and had excellent knowledge of the products. I'll be sure to call again when I'm next visiting Cheltenham. Thanks
