This was the most frustrating delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered the additional chaise to my already king size Nomad couch. When I first ordered my couch in 2022, there were some delivery issues, but it all worked out eventually. When I purchased this new component in May, it was delivered nearly a month late (even though I was told two weeks) and the wrong items were sent four different times.  I can't tell you how unresponsive and unhelpful the email support team was regarding my issue, especially because I had to resend the wrongly shipped package through FedEx four different times. I ended up having to call the NYC SoHo Showroom and worked with the incredible Eric to get so much of this figured out. Ultimately, I finally got the right chaise base and cushion by the end of June/early July. I love the product, but the delivery service for the two times I ordered it was horrible (outside of Eric). I also got a small $50 refund for their horrible service and mistake. If I ever purchase from them again, which is unlikely, I will not be doing it online. Horrible service.
