“We got very prompt support from Burrow when we found that the bolt holes for the arm panels on our Shift sofa bed didn't quite match their counterparts in the underside of the sofa. They sent the replacement parts within a few days, and the sofa bed then went together without difficulty. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Burrow in the future.”

“When I purchased my first piece of Burrow furniture back in 2021, I thought it would be the only furniture company I would shop with again. However, since they have switched manufacturing companies in more recent years, I am not so sure. The pieces, while still good quality and beautiful design, do not fit together as well as they did before. Once the pieces are together, though, they are a but sturdier than before, so maybe this was a purposeful design choice. I prefer having pieces that come apart and be put back together quickly and easily, as I live alone, but the pieces Burrow is producing now are definitely better suited to a 2-person building team. Overall I'm happy with what I have from them, but I'm unsure if I will purchase new pieces from them in the future.”
