The reason I deducted a star is because with my piece, the PRECISION of the joinery was an issue. The pieces are very well constructed, and as a former furniture-industry employee I’m satisfied with the build quality; the fit/the assembly of the furniture was the Achilles.”
“Having a tight stairway to my lower level w/ a 90-degree turn at the bottom, I knew I would need to purchase sections in order to insure a sofa & loveseat would go down there. I got the camel 3-seat sofa & 2-seat loveseat. Easy for me to get inside & put together w/o any help! Moreover, they are comfy & look great!”
“Good quality, looks great, nice value, and the perfect size, but the couch just isn't comfortable. The cushions are thin and stiff at the same time. I sat on this couch in the store and it felt nice but here in my home, I wish it were more comfy. I have to use a ton of pillows just to begin to enjoy sitting on this couch.”

“Burrow's customer service has been excellent, and their pet-friendly upholstery on the loveseat, ottomans and chairs really has stood up to our cats, who 1) have a remarkable penchant for sinking their claws into things and 2) love to play kitty parkour and literally bounce off of furniture as they bound through the house. The furniture assembly has been straightforward, too. The reason why I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is the disappointment I have with the rug that we purchased. It is very soft, with a very loose weave - I expected a much tighter and stiffer weave - and in a matter of a few weeks' time, there are at least 10 large pulls showing in the rug. I had hoped for a much tighter weave that would stand up to our 2 Australian shepherds along with our rambunctious cats. The care instructions say to cut off/trim back such pulls, but I am honestly afraid that if I do that, there will be holes in the rug. So, ya win some, ya lose some, and I simply won't buy this rug again. But everything else has been great! Thanks, Burrow!”

“Burrow has been great! My partner and I live in a small city apartment with narrow staircases and we loved the idea of modern-looking furniture that met our design aesthetic, was reasonably priced, and would be easy to get into our apartment and rooms. We're happy owners of the extendable dining table, the Vesper chair with matching ottoman, and the Shift Sleeper sofa. All have held up well over the past 1- 6ish months we had them, and match well with our modern decor. The only issue we've run into is with assembly, where some pieces don't akways fit nicely together (e.g., the holes are drilled slightly off) - in one instance, we couldn't get the piece to slot in correctly no matter how much we tried. Luckily, Customer Service was extremely responsive in sending out a replacement immediately and we were very impressed with the speed and quality of resolution. Our friends have commented on how nice our Burrow pieces are and we always recommend them!”
“I've had my Burrow sofa for over two years now and have really loved it so far. Its survived 2 moves, 1 major one across the country. Its easy to put together (sans the initial arm set-up) and overall has been easy to clean. My one complaint would be that the fabric is not the best with my dog's hair. She has super long hair and it easily gets stuck in the basketweave & is pretty difficult to clean. I think if she had shorter hair, the fabric would be perfect. Besides the hair, the fabric & sofa itself have been pretty durable. The sofa itself came really quickly and had no issues with shipping/delivery. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa!”
