My experience working with Burrow was great. Every step of the way they did what they said. The cartons were easy to move around and my kids (30!) assembled it in short time. The only thing I should have done was wait to get the swatches before ordering. They love the gravel Color but I may have preferred the navy after seeing the swatches. The loveseat fits my third floor guest room perfectly and is very comfortable. All communications were clear and accurate.
