When I purchased my first piece of Burrow furniture back in 2021, I thought it would be the only furniture company I would shop with again. However, since they have switched manufacturing companies in more recent years, I am not so sure. The pieces, while still good quality and beautiful design, do not fit together as well as they did before. Once the pieces are together, though, they are a but sturdier than before, so maybe this was a purposeful design choice. I prefer having pieces that come apart and be put back together quickly and easily, as I live alone, but the pieces Burrow is producing now are definitely better suited to a 2-person building team. Overall I'm happy with what I have from them, but I'm unsure if I will purchase new pieces from them in the future.

Honestly, the checkout process was a miserable experience. Wasn’t able to remove items and something that should’ve taken five minutes, took half an hour.

I really like the Burrow furniture. It is stylish, easy to assemble, and easy to clean. One thing I have been frustrated with during both of my experiences with Burrow is the delays and lack of communication. When we first ordered a couch, there were multiple delays of the product. This was during a time where multiple companies were experiencing delays so I was not too frustrated. Later we ordered an ottoman and not only were there delays, but there was no communication about it. I had to reach out to the compnay and ask them about my order and only then did they admit it was delayed. It felt like they had forgetten completely about the order and only by me reminding them did they make sure it was delivered.

I received The Field sofa last summer and had reasonable expectations from the reviews. After a year, I have found that the performance fabric, while easy to clean, does not hold up. I am single with a dog who lays on a blanket, yet despite rotating the cushions, they are pilling and looking worn after one year. My pervious sofa was decades old and looked better than this. The assembly is more complex than suggested, but I do like the modular design that I get to reconfigure to suit various spaces and create new looks. The neutral gray is easy to coordinate with my minimalist, monochrome home, and it’s firm but comfortable, not oversized which I hate, so that you’re supported when sitting on it. Needs improvements to make this a 5-star option.

Furniture is nice but the experience would be way better if you stopped spamming my email nearly every day

Not as crisp as shown in the picture. The side cushions never really looked the same for us as shown in the pictures. The middle back rest piece is always a slightly rasied and not properly tucked in. An easy couch to assemble but the pieces dont fit perfectly well together. Now that i am writing this review it makes me think did we get a faulty product? Overall it is comfortable to sit on though.

I was very surprised that my range sofa didn’t have enough legs for it to be fully modular. When I inquired about purchasing more legs, it would have been an additional $200. Sectional sofas should be able to come apart. This sofa does not do that with extra legs. It also took a few hours to assemble and was very difficult to do with just one person.

Beautiful couch, well made, and pet friendly, but very uncomfortable

The seats are comfortable except I find that I overcompensate for the depth of it by leaning forward which gets uncomfortable. I find that, if I want any head support, I must slouch diwn.

We added new sections onto our older Burrow couch. Unfortunately, certain parts of the older Nomad sections did *not* fit with the newer pieces (as advertised), and we had to remove the lower rear pin in order to make it work (trusting that the other connection points plus the legs would be enough to stabilize). Beyond this, the connector legs (not the corner ones) had to be installed at an angle everywhere an older section was connected to a newer one, as the holes did not align. We loved our original Burrow furniture, and chose this brand for the ability to expand our sectional down the road - based on the quality of our original items we did not expect the new items to need modification, and are very disappointed that the connector legs are crooked as it takes away from the appearance of the sectional. Lastly, it was discouraging that we were required to purchase additional legs separately, and that we had to order a set of four (two corner legs and two connector legs) when we only needed two connector legs. Overall, not the seamless experience or beautiful product that we expected based on our original purchase, and disappointing given the cost. We feel very let down.
