We got very prompt support from Burrow when we found that the bolt holes for the arm panels on our Shift sofa bed didn't quite match their counterparts in the underside of the sofa. They sent the replacement parts within a few days, and the sofa bed then went together without difficulty. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Burrow in the future.
