“I would not recommend Burrow.
I purchased the standard Range 3 seater sofa last June. After assembling it however, I found that the front middle two legs were shorter than the rest, and a couple were crooked. After trouble shooting many solutions with the Burrow team, nothing worked, and they ended up sending some replacement legs to try. These did not work either so I think this is a design malfunction of this sofa, (maybe just applicable to my batch). Plus the side cushions never lay completely flat, even after much smoothing, reshaping and 3 months of use. Anyway, its all assembled and I don't want to disassemble it to return but if I had the time and energy I probably would. At this price point, I would expect this sofa to work more flawlessly, and not be a hassle to figure out.”
“Doing furniture differently, Burrow makes a great product and backs it up with caring support teams. We are quite happy with our two couches and now have an affinity for the Burrow name.”
“I absolutely love all my Burrow pieces. I started with the nomad sofa/chaise and chair + ottoman. Loved them so much I have added the Carta table and credenza. Love the look and the hairpin legs. I was nervous about a light color couch but it really is stain resistant and easy to clean. So happy!!”

“Bought the couch a year and a half ago- it is holding up well, I like that it’s modular and I can move the ottoman. Kind of wish I gave more thought to the width of the couch. I ended up removing the back cushions to make it wider for sitting back and sleeping.”
“I really like the Burrow furniture. It is stylish, easy to assemble, and easy to clean. One thing I have been frustrated with during both of my experiences with Burrow is the delays and lack of communication. When we first ordered a couch, there were multiple delays of the product. This was during a time where multiple companies were experiencing delays so I was not too frustrated. Later we ordered an ottoman and not only were there delays, but there was no communication about it. I had to reach out to the compnay and ask them about my order and only then did they admit it was delayed. It felt like they had forgetten completely about the order and only by me reminding them did they make sure it was delivered.”
“We LOVE our great sofa! Super comfy, perfectly modern looking, never gets dirty...! And the way it arrives in such easy carry boxes - we would definitely buy from Burrow again and recommend them strongly to others. (The dogs love it, too!)”
“We love how deep the seats are and many people have had a good nap on the couch. A few toddler spills and pet stains were easily washed with the removable covers. Easy to put together.”
“We have had our sofa and loveseat for well over a year now and we could not be happier. The pieces were assembled easily when they arrived, and everyting arrived on time. They have withstood kids and grandkids, spills etc and still look great. I love how the leather has gotten softer with use. We bought a second ottoman a few months afterwards because we were so happy with the pieces. We've gotten many compliments from friends and family alike. We recently completed a basement remodel and are looking to add more pieces from Burrow there as well !”

“When I was hunting for a new couch I was looking for something that would be more pet proof. I did my research and obviously by looking for something more scratch resistant you're looking at more money... Something I was willing to pay if it meant the couch would last me years. We've had the couch now a little over a year and I need to cover the couch up with blankets because threads are starting to pull all over the couch. My cat hardly goes near the couch so for this to be happening from the odd time he scratches at it is disappointing.
Needless to say if you're buying the couch thinking it's pet proof, it's not. Don't waste your money.”
“Love love our burrow sectional. We have had it for about 2 years now. Our neighbors saw it and ordered one for themselves.
My only issue was assembling. It was a little difficult for a couple of 70+ year olds😊”

The reason I deducted a star is because with my piece, the PRECISION of the joinery was an issue.
