The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is the very long delay in getting the sofa to us. We were told that the sofa we ordered would get to us soon after we moved in. However, apparently there was some hold up because the fabric was no longer available or some such. However, the Soho staff were responsive to our questions and gave us as much information as they could (it was probably out of their control). And shopping at the Soho store was lovely. We also bought a pair of Gimlet chairs which did get to us very promptly, and we love those too.
