CPC really is a terrible company, navigating how to use their awful website, unreliable deliveries, randomly cancelling orders, incorrect information in emails is a total pain.
Regularly, for no reason, they will cancel the order, requiring you to call their accounts, which aren’t available in the times they tell you.
Every time I use them, I think ‘maybe this time will be better?’ My optimism is misplaced. They need to hire some proper UX designers, and actually plan a better user experience.
