The most awful customer service for tradesmen, they charge a fortune and do not verify negative reviews. The small print states every account is under constant review basically forever. If a competitor complains to them anonymously they hold it on file against you without your knowledge then they suspend your account BUT still expect you to pay the balance of yearly membership despite doing sod all for it! FYI someone can complain if you are deemed to ‘park inconsiderately to others’ no I’m not joking!!!!
