After being a member for 7yrs and over 200 10/10 reviews I find myself so frustrated with how badly Checkatrade.com now treat their customers ( trades people ). I can not get through to customer service by telephone and my emails go unanswered yet they have the nerve to put a negative review against my business from someone I've never even spoke too , let alone carried out any work for.
Since Checkatrade.com was purchased by homeserve they only care about lining their pockets and no longer work with their customers.
