The builder i used had 5 star reviews. He was a gypo. His work was apauling. He left a mess of building materials all over the outside of the house. It was left in a dangerous condition with sharp edges on the metal he cut. He actually put self levelling compount on a door step. He wanted half the money up front, bank transfered to a personal account not the business name.
I dare not complain to him for fear of reprisals.
I'll never trust check a trade again.
