I have left 2 mediocre reviews for 2 tradespeople of which check a trade say after they will contact me to verify my review before they publish them. They never do. Customer service are useless as just say someone will be in touch but no-one ever is. I believe they only publish good reviews to keep the paying tradespeople happy who have business accounts with them and don't bother following up the poorer reviews.
