Absolutely SHOCKING. I was missold membership. I was GUARENTEED an average of 4 calls per month. I have so far received ZERO.
When I complained they simply said I cannot cancel and I'm committed to a 12 month contract and I have to pay £40 per month till the end of 12 months.
I now have requested the recording of the sales call and will have to waste my time going to the Ombudsman to get me out of the contract (even though they have breached this contract)
They promise you the world and deliver nothing!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
