WARNING FOR THE PUBLIC DO NOT INGORE!!! We got a builder on Checkatrade website in 2013 called APF Builders trading in Mitcham (Paul Jones and Peter Fleckney we’re the builders names they quoted us £37,000 for a single ground floor extension I was building for my elderly mother with disabilities. The builders keep on asking for cash payments and making so many excuses about why they need money for my build which was complete lies!!! I came to find out. In total the builders ripped me off and took £25,000 in cash and ran!!!! We trusted them as they were on CHECKA TRADE!! Check a trade advertise builders you can trust and are vetted absolute b***s*** Check a trade are not to be trusted whatsoever they didn’t even gave no care or consideration for us when contacted. CHECK A TRADE IS FULL OF COWBOY BUILDERS AND THEIFS!!! POSING AS TRUST WORTHY BUILDERS!! STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
