We left a polite and informative negative review about a trader who provided a very poor service. The website confirmed my review had been received and would be published. Soon after, an email from checkatrade stated: "thank you for confirming you do not wish to have your review published". Out of curiosity, I looked at the 168 reviews for this particular trader, and not a single one was negative. I read through a number of reviews on trustpilot and here on googlereviews, and it is clear that legitimate negative reviews are not published by checkatrade. I cannot trust checkatrade and do not recommend using them.
