I was a trade member last year and after few months I decided to cancel my membership, I contacted them via email and phone call requested to cancel my membership but they would not cancel, they offered me 2 months free with a vision to review it after then I didn't hear from them so I assumed is done After 1 year they instructed a scam solicitor with terrible reviews to ask for outstanding balance When I contacted them they claimed I should have called them again after 2 months to ask again to cancel the membership They clearly use manipulative ways to trick people by offering 2 months free membership to ignore they cancellation request I noticed they intention when I joined that they tried very hard to make me commit to yearly membership instead of monthly They only work by calls to avoid emails or letters so there is no proof evidence of they bad intentions I will advise everyone to avoid them if you don't want head ache I wish I took others advice
