An absolute joke of a company, was mis sold a contract from them, cancellation is impossible. Have placed a block on their direct debits via my bank as they're a con company who think I have the time and energy to call them MONTHLY to put my account on hold, every month I must renew the hold on my account or else.... ( like today ) the account renews and you get billed another £129 or whatever they signed you with. Its true, VERY friendly when signing you on, once they do... impossible to get a hold of.. fact when I needed to speak to then I instantly got through on the ' new client ' number... existing client ?!? Doesn't exist.
