Checkatrade is where cowboys that can't get recommended by customers go. The company is on the side of the trader, as they are the paying customer, and complaints go round in circles and rarely result in resolution for the customer. I've had painting work and a patio from checkatrade traders, and BOTH ripped me off. Go on personal recommendations only. NEVER use checkatrade.
