My husband’s successful company with many hundreds of happy customers is Checkatrade's client paying them many thousands pounds per year for their services and advertisement. Yet, they allow racism and discrimination in customers’ reviews trying to damage the reputation of my husband’s business and that’s the only motivation of this particular customer, who wrote a negative sarcastic review, just because he didn’t receive an email reply for 2 or 3 days. My husband’s company did not even work for this customer!! He recently received a negative review clearly based on racism and discrimination for which we have a proof. They changed the feedback and also didn’t publish my husband’s reply! According to their business policies, he has a Right of Reply, yet they didn’t publish his reply, but they published this customer’s review that was based only on racism in order to damage the reputation of my husband’s business, nothing to do with a quality of the work. Then THEY CHANGED THE REVIEW! People should see the original review so that they can clearly see, this customer is only a racist and nothing else. But they changed it. We have zero tolerance for racism. They are not committed to equal opportunities at all and their business practices are very dodgy and totally unfair practices.
