They owe me nearly £300. They promised me a discount which they could not authorise and then told me I needed to pay for a DBS as someone with the same name as me went to prison recently. but they proceeded to say its something they promise their customers which was very well hidden and an additional cost to me. As it took nearly two weeks to get me signed up as a tradesman, and much more headache, the offered me May free to which then they charged me for. To make matters worse, they charged me twice for the same area. it has been over two weeks and I have still not received any money back to which they said once it had cleared into their bank, I would receive my refund. It does not take over two weeks to clear from my bank. All I get on the phone is 'we understand and we will chase it up asap.' and no one gets back to me. I'm spending more time on the phone trying to chase it up myself when I'm trying to earn a wage on jobs. I would completely avoid if you do not want to be scammed and fobbed off.
