I am a trade person who was a member for 3 years and then they decided to cancell my membership because a cps qualification had expired ,even tho they didn't ask for this useless qualification when I started 3 years ago ,they do not check there tradesman properly and as soon as 1 customer makes a complaint they take there side and force them to make a negative review ,stay away from them and they take as many cowboy tradesman as they can to generate maximum profit
